This Website is operated by Dr. Tarannum Khan's Skin Clinic, owned and managed by Dr. Tarannum Khan, a General Physician with 21+ years of clinical experience.

Online Medical Consultations: Virtual consultations with Dr. Tarannum Khan for general health concerns, including viral fever, headache, men's health, diabetes management, blood pressure, and more.
Skincare Products: Sale of clinically curated skincare and wellness products through our online shop.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without prior notice.
Consultations are conducted virtually via a meeting link provided after booking confirmation. The consultation fee is ₹700 per session.
Consultations are based solely on the information provided by the patient. Accuracy of submitted information is the patient's responsibility.
Online consultations do not constitute an emergency medical service. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact emergency services (112) or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
Prescriptions, if issued, are based on the clinical judgment of Dr. Tarannum Khan and the information disclosed during the consultation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Each consultation slot is reserved exclusively for the patient. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the slot.
All product orders are subject to availability. Prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes and are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or non-delivery feasibility.
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible. Refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
Payments must be completed at the time of booking or checkout. Services or products will not be confirmed until payment is successfully received.
We do not store any payment card details on our servers.
In the event of a failed transaction where your account has been debited, please contact us or Razorpay support within 48 hours. Refunds for failed transactions are processed within 5–7 business days.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately at tarannumclinic@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
