Cancellation and refund guidelines for consultations and product purchases.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all consultation bookings and product purchases made on tarannumkhan.in, operated by Dr. Tarannum Khan's Skin Clinic.
We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all cancellation and refund requests. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.
Cancellation by Patient – More than 24 hours before the scheduled slot: You may cancel your consultation and request a full refund by contacting us at tarannumclinic@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (+91 97699 00946) at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellation by Patient – Within 24 hours of the scheduled slot: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation time are not eligible for a refund, as the slot has been reserved and preparation has been made.
No-Show: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee will be forfeited.
Cancellation by Clinic: If we are unable to conduct the consultation due to unavailability of the doctor or a technical failure on our side, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
Eligible refunds for consultations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Razorpay processes all refunds. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–7 additional business days after processing).
Consultation fees are non-refundable after the consultation has been conducted, regardless of the outcome or satisfaction level.
Before Dispatch: You may cancel a product order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at tarannumclinic@gmail.com or +91 97699 00946. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is confirmed before dispatch.
After Dispatch: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered (subject to the return conditions below).
We accept return/replacement requests for products in the following cases only:
• Damaged or broken products received.
• Defective or expired products.
• Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered).
You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs sent to tarannumclinic@gmail.com.
Upon verification, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement at our discretion.
Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition (other than the above exceptions) are not eligible for return or refund.
• Consultations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
• No-show consultations.
• Completed consultations, regardless of satisfaction.
• Opened or used skincare products (unless damaged/defective/wrong).
• Delivery charges, which are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) used at the time of purchase.
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of approval.
The total time for the refund to appear in your account is typically 7–14 business days from approval, depending on your bank.
You will receive an email confirmation when a refund has been initiated.

Please include in your request: your full name, registered email address, order/booking reference number, reason for cancellation/refund, and (for product returns) clear photographs of the issue.
We aim to acknowledge all requests within 1 business day and resolve them within 7 business days.
